We provide a platform where job seekers ("you" or "user") can apply for job opportunities listed by employers. As part of our service, we charge a fee for the completion of application forms and are entitled to a percentage of your first month’s salary if you secure a job through our platform.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Application Fee
- To apply for job opportunities through our platform, you are required to pay a non-refundable application fee. The amount of this fee will be specified on the job listing page or during the application process.
- Payment of the application fee is required before you can submit your application for any job.
3.2 Salary Deduction
- If you secure employment through our platform, you agree to pay us 50% of your first month’s salary ("Salary Deduction").
- The Salary Deduction will be collected directly from your first paycheck or through an agreed payment method between you and the Company.
- Failure to pay the Salary Deduction may result in legal action to recover the amount owed, as well as additional penalties or interest.
4. Application Process
- By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- You acknowledge that submitting an application does not guarantee employment and that employers may have their own selection criteria and processes.
5. Refund Policy
- The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your job application.
- The Salary Deduction is non-refundable once collected, even if you leave the job or are terminated during or after the first month of employment.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that your application is complete and accurate.
- You must notify us of any changes to your employment status if you secure a job through our platform.
- You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities, including but not limited to providing false information or circumventing the Salary Deduction process.
7. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
- If your account is terminated, you are still responsible for any outstanding fees or Salary Deductions owed to us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will secure employment through our platform.
- We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, job opportunities, or unauthorized access to your personal information.
10. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
