Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant located in Ajah. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
    •    Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
    •    Ensure guest satisfaction and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience
    •    Clear and reset tables for the next guests
    •    Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
    •    Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
    •    Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
    •    Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations

Requirements:
    •    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a reputable restaurant
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    •    Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
    •    Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
    •    Must reside within or close to Ajah Lekki
