Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Intercontinental and Continental cuisine, with a strong ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and maintaining culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality intercontinental and continental dishes.
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and service.
  • Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during service.
  • Collaborate on new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for kitchen supplies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Intercontinental and Continental cuisines.
  • Must be skilled in making pizza from scratch (including dough preparation, sauce, and toppings).
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary certification or formal training is an added advantage.
