Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media / Website Officer to manage our online presence and brand image across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating flyers, social media management, website updates, and digital marketing support by running ads in line with the company’s marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update the company’s website regularly (products, promotions, company news, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
• Monitor and respond to followers’ comments and messages in a timely manner
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Track and analyze website and social media analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions with digital strategies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices
• Carry out basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1+year experience in a similar role (social media management, digital marketing, or website maintenance)
• Proficiency in social media platforms, basic SEO knowledge, and CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Good writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools and content creation
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Must reside within Lekki-Ajah or nearby areas
