About Us:

We are a leading hospitality company seeking an experienced Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and designing visually appealing graphics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.)
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that resonates with our target audience
- Design visually appealing graphics, logos, and branding materials
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

- B.sc, Hnd, Ond in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer in the hospitality industry
- Excellent graphic design skills and knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite etc,)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to create engaging content and develop a comprehensive social media strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
