Job Summary:

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Male Storekeeper to manage our restaurant's inventory, supplies, and storage. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, maintaining accuracy and minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and store goods, verifying quality and quantity.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and digital).

3. Monitor stock levels, reporting discrepancies or shortages.

4. Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management.

5. Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of goods.

6. Assist in procurement, ordering supplies, and reconciling invoices.

7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely issuance of ingredients.

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

9. Comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of storekeeping experience (restaurant/hospitality industry preferred).

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Basic computer skills (inventory software, MS Excel).

4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
