Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Chef who is proficient in preparing both African and Continental dishes. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare and cook a wide variety of African and Continental dishes.
    •    Plan, develop, and execute daily/weekly menus.
    •    Ensure meals are presented in an appealing and professional manner.
    •    Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
    •    Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and storing supplies.
    •    Supervise kitchen assistants (if any) and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
    •    Stay updated with culinary trends and introduce innovative dishes.

Requirements:
    •    Proven work experience as a Professional Chef.
    •    Strong knowledge of African and Continental cuisine.
    •    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    •    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    •    Creativity and passion for food presentation.
    •    Must be male and willing to reside in provided accommodation.
