Job Overview:

A reputable restaurant in Ikoyi, Lagos is hiring a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality pastries and desserts. You will be responsible for all aspects of pastry production — from preparation to presentation — and must maintain high standards of hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Innovate new seasonal and signature items
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory and restock baking supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and decoration
• Creative presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certification is an added advantage
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Ikoyi, Lagos
