We're a fun and vibrant kid's Salon dedicated to providing exceptional hair care experiences for children. We're seeking a talented and experienced Female kid's Salon Manager who is also a skilled stylist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Salon Management 
1. Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. 
2. Manage staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback 
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue. 
4. Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and Salon appearance. 
5. Monitor inventory, order supplies and control expenses.

Styling and Technical Expertise 
1. Provide exceptional haircutting, colouring and styling services for kids (infants to teens)
2. Stay up to date with kid's friendly trends, techniques and product knowledge. 
3. Conduct consultations and recommend personalised styles and services. 
4. Collaborate with colleagues on creative projects

Kid's friendly focus
1. Create a welcoming atmosphere for kids, including entertainment options 
2. Ensure Salon safety and hygiene standards for children
