Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. The successful candidate will have a strong culinary profile, excellent management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality food products in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Culinary:
1. Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure high-quality food products are consistently delivered to customers.
3. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
4. Manage food costs, inventory, and waste reduction.

Management:
1. Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff,  training, and development.
2. Plan and manage kitchen operations, including scheduling,  management, and maintenance.
3. Monitor and control labour costs, inventory, and supplies.
4. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

Customer Service:
1. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained through prompt and efficient service.
2. Respond to customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef quick-service restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, leading teams, and driving sales growth.

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in kitchen management software and systems.
