
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Location: Badore, Addo Road, Ajah
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
2. Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance.
3. Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and culinary concepts to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
5. Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
6. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
7. Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment.
3. Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams, developing menus, and driving sales growth.
4. Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
