Job Summary:
The Grill Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, maintaining high-quality food presentation, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Grill Station Management: Maintain a clean and organized grill station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
3. Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control, making adjustments as needed.
4. Customer Service: Interact with customers, responding to questions and concerns about menu items.
5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
6. Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
7. Menu Development: Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new menu items and specials.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:
1. Culinary Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a grill or kitchen role.
2. Cooking Skills: Strong cooking skills, with expertise in grilling and food preparation.
