Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of all business branches within a reputable automobile company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales growth, supervising cross-functional teams, and traveling interstate to manage branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches of the company.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of marketers and departmental heads.
• Ensure targets and performance metrics are met across locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to branches across various states.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular performance reports to the executive management team.
• Handle customer and client escalations professionally.
• Lead, train, and mentor operational teams to ensure peak performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automobile or related industry.
• Must be willing and able to travel interstate regularly.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic business management software.
• Must reside within or around the Lekki-Ajah axis.
