Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising sales staff, managing inventory, maintaining store displays, manage and give directions to other staffs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

1. Supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Achieve sales targets and promote sales growth.

Inventory Management:

1. Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
2. Receive, organize, and merchandise inventory.
3. Conduct regular stock counts.

Store Operations:

1. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
2. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
3. Manage store displays and promotions.

Staff Management:

1. Supervise, train, and develop sales staff.
2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
3. Manage staff schedules and absences.

Administrative Tasks:

1. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
5. Familiarity with retail software and systems.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Retail management certification or degree.
2. Experience with inventory management software.
3. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
