Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Female Salon Manager with 3+ years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate must be business-minded, with a strong passion for brand growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand the salon’s brand.
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
• Create marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor sales, budgets, and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
• Innovate and introduce new services or beauty trends to stay competitive.
