Job Summary:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to MD ensuring seamless execution of tasks, calendar management, and communication. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm demeanor will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MD calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings to ensure the MD is up to date.
- Take photos of activities, must be a social media person.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Develop and implement effective filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Warm and professional demeanor
- Must be a builder not only a taker
