Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and well-organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in an automobile company located at Addo Road, Ajah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service delivery, handling client inquiries, and supporting daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
    •    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and efficiently
    •    Provide detailed information about automobile products and services
    •    Assist customers with complaints, returns, and after-sales support
    •    Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required
    •    Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues
    •    Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction levels are high
    •    Perform basic administrative tasks related to customer records and service documentation

Requirements:
    •    Minimum of OND in any discipline
    •    Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a customer service or front desk role
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Good organizational and multitasking abilities
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
    •    Must be smart, courteous, and customer-focused
    •    Resides within Ajah or its immediate environ
