A dynamic and innovative restaurant seeking an experienced Pastry Chef/Cook to join our culinary team. We offer a unique blend of sweet and savory menu items, including burger grills, sandwiches, noodles, and artisanal pastries.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Pastry Chef/Cook who can excel in both sweet and savory preparations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative flavors, presentation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare burger grills, sandwiches, and noodles to perfection.
2. Develop new tast menu items and specials.
3. Collaborate with chefs to create cohesive menus.
4. Manage inventory and optimize ingredient usage.

Pastry Preparations (30%):

1. Create artisanal pastries, desserts, and bread.
2. Design and execute dessert menus and specials.
3. Develop seasonal pastry offerings.

Culinary Expertise (20%):

1. Demonstrate expertise in baking, grilling, and cooking techniques.
2. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Stay updated on culinary trends and ingredient availability.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef/Cook.
2. Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
3. Strong knowledge of savory and pastry preparations.
4. Excellent Baking, cooking, plating, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong team management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Menu 
2. Experience in food safety and sanitation.
3. Familiarity with kitchen management 
4. Knowledge of local and international food regulations.
